The transition to nuclear has begun. The first painstaking stage of copying the data from the host server and setting up a dev environment locally is underway, and a tagged svn snapshot of the current system will likely happen within 24 hours.
From there, it is a matter of modifying the trunk and relying on the nuclear svn to form-fit the current classes and modules. This will not be an easy task, and will definitely take careful attention and modification of the current API modules and especially the overall system framework.
Thankfully, nuclear is rather simplistic and modular, though it does sport complex abstract classes (esp in caching), the implementations will require less coding.
Good Times.
Yessssss good stuff Ryan! It’s exciting
